Yves Duboc, age 43, of Biddeford, Maine, appeared in Newburyport District Court for driving without a license and illegal marijuana possession on Wednesday, June 29, Massachusetts State Police said.

He was released from court with the condition that he would not drive until he is properly licensed. However, Duboc did not adhere to that condition, according to police.

Not only was Duboc seen driving away with a suspended license, he was also caught with a boatload of marijuana, police said. A search of his SUV uncovered more than 70 pounds of marijuana and 20 pounds of marijuana extract.

Duboc was immediately arrested and taken back to court where he was arraigned on new charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and trafficking in marijuana.
